We direct our focus toward established, profitable companies looking for differentiated resources to improve returns and build corporate value. Our platform is optimized for firms run by experienced owners with a 24 to 48 month exit runway, but no clearly defined succession plan.
We often engage via minority equity arrangements, board appointments, or partnership agreements.
Criteria
We engage small companies providing valued services across multiple sectors. Ideal firms meet the following criteria.

5+ years of profitable operation.

$500,000 to $10,000,000 in revenue.

EBITDA margin of 15% or more.

B2B preferred; B2C considered.

5 or fewer owners/partners.

Defined management layer.

Capable staff with domain expertise.
